Orders & Processing
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may increase during shop updates or convention periods.
Shipping
We ship within Canada and internationally. Shipping times vary by location. Untracked lettermail is not insured; we are not responsible for lost packages. Tracked shipping is recommended.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will resolve the issue.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or untracked shipping. For tracked orders, please contact the carrier first.
Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
